Brief description
The Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse provides specialist training and accreditation, empowering people and workplaces to recognise and respond to domestic abuse.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Understand what domestic abuse is and how it can affect anyone
- Recognise signs and indicators of abuse
- Respond safely and supportively to colleagues
- Know how and where to seek help, both within the organisation and through specialist support services
- Understand the importance of promoting a safe, supportive, and respectful workplace culture
